If your flowers wilt within 48 hours of delivery and you have followed our simple ‘Fresh Flower Care Tips’ to look after them, take a photo of your flowers and email us at customerservice@auntypoppys.com.au alternatively return them to us and we will supply you with new flowers. That is our guarantee!

Photography and Seasonal Product Availability
The images that are used within our website are to provide inspiration for our bouquets. As flowers are a seasonal product, availability, colour and form may differ. Most importantly, we use the freshest and best available product from our suppliers. If you have ordered a specific flower that is not available, one of our team members will notify you and offer an alternative.

Special Requests
Unfortunately, due to the very busy nature of an event, we are unable to take requests with regards to delivery times during special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
Flower Care:
Fresh Cut Flowers are a Natural and Fragile Product
Flowers can react to their immediate environment as well as external climate conditions. We endeavour to minimise temperature variations while plant life is in our care, which can help in the longevity of our flowers. Each package will arrive with care instructions to help you look after them. To ensure maximum vase life we recommend that you:
- Remove wet pack and cut stems
- Arrange in a clean vase with fresh cold water
- Keep out of direct sunlight
- Repeat the process every 2-3 days
Cancelling an Order:
If you would like to cancel your order please email our ‘Customer Service’ team a minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery. AuntyPoppys.com.au allows you 100% of your money back, so long as the order has been cancelled 24 hours prior to the delivery date. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit, cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Delivery:
Availability
The delivery times available include 9am – 5pm and can be made anytime during this delivery window. If you have a specific delivery request during standard delivery hours please contact us as additional charges for express or VIP services may apply.
A refund will not be provided and we will not be liable for deliveries made where the recipient is not at the intended location given, and there is no safe place to leave the goods. To avoid dissatisfaction please be 100% certain your recipient will be at home or work to receive their Aunty Poppy’s delivery or inform us of a safe place where the goods can be left.

Contact Details
Customers must provide Aunty Poppy’s with a valid contact name, phone number and contact email.
Aunty Poppy’s accepts no liability from failure to contact a customer, when the contact details were not provided or were incorrect.
Delivery Address
It is the obligation of the customer to ensure the recipients delivery address is correct.
Failure to provide the correct delivery address may result in incorrectly delivered goods, undelivered goods and additional redirect or delivery fees.
Aunty Poppy’s accepts no liability for incorrectly delivered or undelivered goods, where the customer made no reasonable attempt to provide or correct the recipients address within a reasonable period of time and / or Aunty Poppy’s acted reasonably when delivering the goods.
Purchase and Sale of Alcohol:
Aunty Poppy’s supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. All orders for liquor are facilitated and processed by Aunty Poppy’s.
It is an offence for a licensee to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years. It is an offence for a person to under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor from another person.
